We purchase exclusively from brand-authorised distributors or directly from brand warehouses. Every supplier must provide brand authorisation letters before we onboard them.
Batch Verification
Every incoming batch is cross-checked: batch code, manufacture date, expiry date, and barcode are verified against brand databases before the stock is accepted into our warehouse.
Storage Standards
Our climate-controlled warehouse maintains temperature and humidity specifications required by major cosmetic brands — ensuring products reach you in the same condition they left the factory.
Tamper-Evident Packaging
Every order is packed with tamper-evident seals. If a seal is broken on delivery, refuse the package and contact us immediately — full refund, no questions asked.
Ongoing Lab Testing
